Unable to Sysprep after a upgrade from 1703 to 1709 on Vmware Template.

When upgrading from 1703 to 1709 I was unable to sysprep my Vmware templates.
This is my solution.

Copy C:\Windows\MiracastView from a machine with 1703 installed.
Get a hold of unbcl.dll and spwmp.dll (I got them from Windows 7)
Get PsTools (https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/sysinternals/downloads/psexec)
Get SQLiteDatabase (http://sqlitebrowser.org/) (use the portable and just install it then copy the folder)

Put everything on a network share or something

Go to your template
Copy MiracastView to a local folder on c:\ first then to C:\Windows\ (I noticed that copying it from a network share to c:\windows made it look like it copyied but it actually never got there)
Copy unbcl.dll and spwmp.dll to c:\windows\system32\Sysprep
Copy PsTools and the portable SQLiteDatabase to a local folder on C:\
open a cmd.exe as a administrator
Browse to your PsTools path (in cmd)
run psexec.exe -i -d -s cmd.exe
browse to your SQLiteDatabase folder in your new cmd prompt.
run SQLiteDatabaseBrowserPortable.exe
Click on ”open database”
Browse your way to C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\Windows\AppRepository\
View all files and open ”StateRepository-Machine.srd”
Change to ”Browse data”
Change ”Table” to Package.
Look for the PackageFullName column
Find Windows.MiracastView_6.3.0.0_neutral_neutral_cw5n1h2txyewy
Change the value in the column next to it (IsInbox) from 1 to 0
press ctrl+s and close the application.
Open powershell as an administrator
run ”get-appxpackage -allusers | where {$_.name -like “*mira*”} | remove-appxpackage”
If there are no errors then ”success”

If ”CortanaListenUIApp_cw5n1h2txyewy” is the problem, do the same but make sure the ”CortanaListenUIApp_cw5n1h2txyewy” folder is present in the c:\users\%user%\appdata\local\ folder….in all user accounts
get-appxpackage -allusers | where {$_.name -like “*CortanaListenUIApp*”} | remove-appxpackage
Might have to log in and run this on all active user accounts.
